Since it has been very cold in the RV again from the dropping temps outside, I wanted to find a way to keep the chill out. I did some looking around at my local home improvement store and then it dawned on me, drafts were coming from doors and windows. I found these great weather stripping rolls and immediately brought home 3 of them. I found that the doors and windows had weather stripping on them, but where they touched the RV was just metal. I then added this weather stripping and found that things stayed much warmer.
I still wasn't as happy as I knew I could be so I started looking for other ways to keep the RV warm. I noticed that around the roof vents, lots of air was coming in, especially when it was windy. I inserted a Camco roof vent insulator and noticed that after a day or so, the temp warmed up about 10 - 15 degrees inside!
With the combinations I mentioned above, you could keep warm for a very cheap investment.
