Family Piling In
Easter has always been a huge deal in my family and everyone expects me to come up with some gourmet brunch ideas after church on Sunday. I usually do the same old thing with ham and eggs and smoked salmon but this year I wanted to do something special instead so I’ve been looking up recipes using my wireless from www.wirelessinternetproviders.net and I think I’ve found some good ones. I know my husband’s going to be particularly excited about the cheese and bacon quiche and my mom is definitely going to love the ambrosia salad I found…it’s got lots of pecans, her favorite. The kids won’t eat any of it (they never do) but I don’t care because I’ve bought four egg dying kits to keep them busy. I even got a huge chocolate bunny to hide outside where they can have a huge Easter egg hunt after the meal! It’s going to be a good holiday and I can’t wait for my family to get here so I can get to cooking!
